Just last week I wrote a blog over at REW that talked about Willam Defoe’s rubber house coming on the market in my area. Needless to say, it got me a little curious about how the market is affecting the “the other half”. After a little poking around, I found a website that reported on the actual physical addresses of celebrities all over the country. The website is titled; Celebrity Real Estate with Aerial Views, and it is just that. A no-frills list of celebrities and various details of their properties. Some include pricing information and some don’t. Most of them have the Aerial views provided by a few different mapping and virtual tour services.
Barak Obama’s house, located at 5046 Greenwood Ave. Chicago, Illinois 60615 has an aerial views but no pricing. I checked around to see if I could find a real estate site that had the listing but no dice. Others on the list include Paula Abdul, Tyra Banks, Christopher Walken and more

Well I guess there isn’t much privacy these days for celebrities! Interesting site. Some of the homes are more modest than I thought they’d be. But most are over the top!
Pretty slick. I am amazed at the modesty of Warren Buffet’s house in Omaha. I saw it on tv show about him. It really isn’t that special. He says he has everything he needs in life.

That is a cool thing to see. The internet is so cool as you can see where the celebrities live and what they are doing. You even shared Barack Obama’s address and that is the beauty of free speech and the internet allowing people to voice their opinions.
Not too bad of a site idea. I’d imagine that a lot of the “Celebrity Freaks” out there would love to spend a few hours of their lives everyday tracking down their favorite celebs. Sucks to be the one with your address readily available for everyone to see.

Thats a very cool site Eric. It goes to show you, some of these celebrities are pretty humble. We all know they could afford a lot more. Especially Barak Obama, I heard he is big money.
Check out Steve Jobs house. It is big, but he has plenty of neighbors. He must prefer to be close to Apple HQ.
btw – This must be the prime tool of stalkers, no? I heard on the radio last week that Luke Walton (LA Lakers) has been having big issues with a female stalker.

I feel bad for some of these celebrities. Some of them can have some “crazy” fans.

That’s kind of funny. You see, when he wins, we don’t need a website to know where he lives…
having the white house is prestige no one really lives there. they just make apperances.
